Dear friend,
(I call you that because you are much more than customers)
This message is not easy to write. But you deserve the truth, the whole truth.
The story of a conviction
In 2009, I took over the Laboratoire Géomer with a deep conviction: cosmetics could go beyond the superficial and reach the energetic, holistic, quantum dimension.
The ARK Quantique Process® was born from this vision. A unique method. An approach that goes beyond conventional cosmetics. We never simply wanted to create cosmetic products, but to offer an experience of overall well-being, a harmonisation of the being in its totality.
There were hundreds of you, then thousands, who trusted us. Who shared incredible results. Who spoke about us to those around you. Every message, every smile, every transformation gave us the strength to carry on.
Our little laboratory in Fumay, that village in the Ardennes, began to make some noise. A positive noise, that of innovation, authenticity, results that speak for themselves.
And when you make noise, you wake those who were sleeping peacefully.
What has just happened
Following a denunciation, the DGCCRF (Direction Générale de la Concurrence, de la Consommation et de la Répression des Fraudes, the French competition, consumer affairs and fraud control authority) carried out an in-depth inspection of our activities. At the beginning of September 2025, we received a prefectural order .
The result? Since 3 September, 46 of our products have been temporarily unavailable.
The inspection covered two main aspects: our product communications and our overall regulatory compliance (technical files, traceability, documentation). This is a normal process in our industry, but the scale and the timing were difficult.
Our products? Perfectly safe and effective.
Our formulas? Unchanged.
Our results? Still there.
Our ARK Quantique Process® method? More relevant than ever.
What needs to change? Our administrative compliance and our communications, to meet the strict requirements of the European regulatory framework.
What I feel
Frustration? Yes.
Anger? A little.
Pride? Enormously.
Because this inspection, this denunciation, is proof that we are disturbing the established order. That a small artisanal laboratory from a village in the Ardennes worries someone enough for them to try to slow it down... is almost a badge of honour.
Our results speak. Our approach works. The testimonials from our community are authentic and powerful. And that doesn't please everyone. We represent an alternative to conventional cosmetics, a different approach that shakes up established codes.
My promise: I am not letting go
Since the beginning of September, our team has been working flat out to bring all of our files and communications into compliance. It is deep, meticulous, demanding work. Hours spent on every detail, every document, every wording.
But we are almost there.
In 1 to 2 weeks, we will be back. Compliant. Beyond reproach. Stronger than ever.
And we will continue to offer our holistic quantum cosmetics with the same passion, the same innovation, the same authenticity. Nothing will change in our heart and our commitment to you.
Because you deserve it.
