Mainland France: FedEx express delivery within 24 hours of dispatch; orders placed before 12 noon (Paris time) are shipped the same day. Belgium: 2 to 4 working days. Free shipping from €59 in mainland France and Belgium, otherwise €6.90. Other European countries: 2 to 5 working days; French overseas departments and regions: 3 to 5 working days; outside Europe: 3 to 7 working days, with costs calculated at checkout.

Bank cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) and the other payment methods offered on the website. Payment is secure and we do not store your bank details.

You can cancel your order within one hour of placing it by writing to info@laboratoire-geomer.com. After that, you have 14 days from receipt to exercise your right of withdrawal: products must be returned unopened, in their original packaging. A prepaid return label is sent to you by email and the refund is made within 14 days of receiving the return.

On the first purchase of a product, you have 90 days from the date of purchase if the formula, used according to its directions, does not suit you. Write to info@laboratoire-geomer.com describing why you are not satisfied; the refund takes the form of a discount voucher valid for 3 months. Contact us as soon as you receive it at info@laboratoire-geomer.com, attaching photos of the parcel and its contents. After checking, missing or damaged products are sent to you again at our expense.

It depends on your hair type: Shampoing G5 for normal hair, Shampoing Énergisant for fine hair that gets greasy quickly, Shampoing aux Algues for fine combination or weakened hair, Shampoing Nourrissant for thick combination hair or dry, brittle hair. As long as there is dandruff, use Shampoing Propolis once or twice a week, without exceeding two shampoos a week. To alternate: Shampoing Correcteur pH if you are exposed to the sun (fine or normal hair), Shampoing aux Algues if your hair needs mineral toning. By the sea, a little Baume Capillaire on the lengths protects the hair from salt and sea spray.

The length depends on your age, how heavy the hair loss is and how long it has been going on. Afterwards, simple maintenance is recommended: for hormonal hair loss, Phyto Gel Bio H once or twice a week and Terral Blanc once a month; for hair loss linked to a lack of minerals, Oligo F3 once a week and Terral Blanc once a month.

In hormonal (androgenetic) hair loss, the scalp becomes oily, often with oily facial skin, during a period of hormonal upheaval. In hair loss linked to a lack of minerals, the scalp tends to be dry and the hair becomes finer. Minoxidil is a medicine: for any question about it, ask your doctor or pharmacist. Géomer products are cosmetics of natural origin that care for the scalp and the hair fibre, with a holistic approach inspired by Traditional Chinese Medicine. They do not replace medical treatment.

As a precaution, Géomer products containing camphor, menthol or eucalyptol must not be used by pregnant or breastfeeding women. Check the precautions given on each product page and on the label, and ask your doctor or pharmacist if in doubt. Never swallow essential oils during pregnancy.

Yes, when the needs of your skin or hair change, especially when the seasons change. For example, once dandruff has eased, you can move from Terral Jaune and Shampoing Propolis to a maintenance product. Take the free assessment again to find out which products to use.

Over successive applications, skin and hair feel softer and look more beautiful. To go further, follow your protocol regularly: results vary from one person to another. If you see no improvement, contact us: we will work out together what does not suit you.

Some of the raw materials we buy are preserved with phenoxyethanol. It may therefore be present in trace amounts in some products, at a final concentration far below the 1% limit set by European regulations. The full composition is given on each product page.

In solution, organic silicon (monomethylsilanetriol) can react with glass, which is made of silicon dioxide, and with certain metals: the solution may then degrade or turn into a gel. That is why it is packaged in a specific plastic. Keep it in its original bottle and avoid any contact with glass and metal.

Alain Ledroit, a Belgian entrepreneur and Usui Reiki Master, took over the Géomer brand in 2009 and founded the Laboratoire Géomer. He is the creator of the ARK Quantique Process®, the formulation method behind our products.

At our production centre in Fumay, in the French Ardennes, opened in 2023. Our cosmetics are notified on the European CPNP portal, in accordance with Regulation (EC) No 1223/2009.
