They are two complementary products. Phyto Gel Bio H supports established hair loss (Water Element). Oligo F3 supports hair weakened by a lack of minerals (Metal Element). In the complete Géomer routine, both are applied together in this order: Bio H first, then Oligo F3.

It can be used on its own. It also fits into the complete routine: Régénorsil prepares the scalp, Phyto Gel Bio H supports it and Oligo F3 provides the minerals. Each product prepares the ground for the next.

The topical route allows targeted application to the scalp. The two routes are complementary.
