This programme is for areas where the hair has thinned: temples, crown, a widening parting. The scalp must first regain good conditions. Traditional Chinese Medicine links the vitality of the hair to the Water Element, which governs the Kidneys, and the supply of minerals to the Metal Element.

Thinning areas: how to recognise the signs
- Areas where the scalp shows more, especially under light.
- Receding temples or a thinning crown.
- A widening parting and a thinner ponytail.
- A tight scalp that is hard to pinch between your fingers.
Why a single product applied alone is not enough
A tight, congested scalp nourishes the roots poorly. In TCM, you must first restore circulation and the energy of the Water Element, then bring in the minerals of the Metal Element. The Géomer programme therefore moves step by step: stabilise hair loss, strengthen the hair in place, revitalise thinning areas, then maintain the hair.
What makes the Géomer approach different
A step-by-step programme that adapts as your scalp evolves: a product is only added when the scalp is ready to receive it.
What Géomer recommends
1

Soften the scalp
Every day, for 5 minutes, gently pinch and fold the scalp with your fingertips, starting at the nape and working up line by line to the crown. The skin should pinch easily before each application.
2
Drain
Apply Terral Blanc with a brush to the whole dry scalp in a layer about 1 mm thick. Leave on for 20 minutes without letting it dry completely, rinse with lukewarm water, then pat dry with a dry towel.
3

Wash
Choose a gentle shampoo suited to your scalp. Preferably apply it to the dry scalp, then wet, lather only lightly and rinse thoroughly.
4

Revitalise the thinning areas
Only once hair loss has stabilised, spray Régénorsil on the scalp, twice a week at most, focusing on the thinning areas. Massage in with your fingertips. Do not rinse.
5

Support established hair loss
If your temples are receding or your crown has thinned, spread a few drops of Phyto Gel Bio H over the scalp every evening, after Régénorsil on the days you use it. Massage in, without rinsing.
6

Nourish the root
Finish every evening with a few drops of Oligo F3 spread over the whole scalp. Massage in. Do not rinse: it is not sticky.
