Deficiency hair loss in men

What Géomer recommends to rebalance the scalp

Deficiency hair loss in men shows as hair that becomes finer, drier and brittle before falling out, often long after the end of puberty. It is often mistaken for hereditary hair loss. Traditional Chinese Medicine sees in it a lack of minerals, linked to the Metal Element, and a Kidney energy, Water Element, that no longer nourishes the roots enough.

At a glance

Who is it for

  • Hair that becomes fine, dry and brittle.
  • Hair loss that continues long after the end of puberty.

Frequency

Do the full routine (steps 1 to 5) twice a week at first, then once a week when new hairs appear. Oligo F3 is applied every evening; Régénorsil no more than twice a week, once the hair loss has stabilised.

Deficiency hair loss in men: how to recognise the signs

  • Hair that becomes fine, dry and brittle.
  • Hair loss that continues long after the end of puberty.
  • The top of the head or the temples thinning, with short hairs that grow poorly.
  • A tight, poorly irrigated scalp, sometimes with dandruff or excessive sweating.
  • A diet low in vegetables and fruit, or a period of fatigue and stress.

Why an anti-hair-loss shampoo alone is not enough

Deficiency hair loss comes from a scalp that no longer nourishes its roots: it is tight, poorly irrigated or congested, and lacks minerals. For TCM, the scalp must first be loosened and drained, then given back the minerals it needs. The Géomer protocol follows this order, from massage to trace elements.

Amplitude Oil N°5

What makes the Géomer approach different

A complete protocol, as in a hair centre, chosen according to the Element of your scalp: clay draining, remineralisation and leave-in care developed with the ARK Quantique Process®.

What Géomer recommends

1

Activate the scalp

Activate the scalp

If your scalp is very thin on hair, spread 13 to 18 drops of Amplitude Oil N°5 (Water Element) over the whole scalp and massage with your fingertips. If your scalp is dry and itchy, or if it sweats with N°5, choose Amplitude Oil N°4 instead. If the hair loss is just beginning, you can skip this step.

2

Loosen with massage

Loosen with massage

Pinch the scalp into folds under your fingers, from the nape towards the forehead, to loosen it and let the blood flow freely. A very tight scalp needs this massage every day for 5 minutes.

3

Drain with a Terral

Drain with a Terral

Using a brush, apply a layer of about 1 mm of Terral Gris (Water Element) over the whole scalp, without spreading it onto the lengths. Leave on for 20 minutes without letting it dry, then rinse with lukewarm water. If your scalp is dry and demineralised, or if it sweats a lot, choose Terral Blanc (Metal Element).

4

Wash with the right shampoo

Wash with the right shampoo

Wring out your hair with a towel. Apply a small amount of Seaweed Shampoo to the scalp, leave on for 2 minutes, wet, work into a light lather and rinse thoroughly. One wash is enough.

5

Moisturise the lengths

Moisturise the lengths

Spread a small amount of Hair Balm through the hair, comb and leave on for 2 minutes, then rinse according to the thickness of your hair. It softens without weighing down, which matters for weakened hair.

6

Remineralise every evening

Remineralise every evening

Every evening, spread a few drops of Oligo F3 over the whole scalp, even if the hair loss is localised, and massage it in. Do not rinse.

7

Revitalise the scalp

Revitalise the scalp

Once the hair loss has stabilised, add Régénorsil: spray it onto the scalp, no more than twice a week, and massage with your fingertips without rinsing. It goes on first, in the order Régénorsil, Oligo F3. Before stabilisation, it can temporarily increase the shedding of hairs at the end of their cycle.

As an optional extra

Frequently asked questions

No. Many men keep losing hair after puberty for other reasons: a tight, poorly irrigated scalp or a lack of minerals. A hair assessment helps tell the difference.

As long as the hair loss has not stabilised, it can temporarily increase the shedding of hairs already at the end of their cycle. Wait for stabilisation, then use it no more than twice a week.

No. A few drops are enough: the product is concentrated and any excess adds nothing. Regular use matters more than quantity.

Terral Gris (Water Element) suits scalps lacking vitality, with thinning areas. Terral Blanc (Metal Element) suits dry, demineralised scalps and those that sweat a lot. The hair assessment will guide you.

No. If hair loss is sudden or heavy, talk to your doctor, who can check for a deficiency. This cosmetic protocol is a complement.
