At a glance
- At night, the skin renews itself and rebuilds its protective film.
- In the morning, cool water is enough; cleansing is done in the evening.
- Once a week, a Terral Blanc mask.
Why not wash your face in the morning
While you sleep, the skin is at work: it renews its cells, regulates its pH and rebuilds its hydrolipidic film. On waking, a foaming cleanser removes this protective film just before facing the day. Alain Ledroit therefore advises keeping cleansing for the evening.
In the morning
- Cool water on the face, without cleanser;
- Pat dry, without rubbing;
- Apply Crème Ultra L or Crème Ultra L Collagène;
- Apply Tenseur Minéral to wrinkle-prone areas: forehead, eye contour, folds.
In the evening
- Cleanse with Lotion Essentielle to remove pollution and the day's residues;
- Rinse with lukewarm water;
- Let the skin breathe: no night cream.
Once a week
In the evening, apply Terral Blanc in a layer of about 1 mm for 10 to 20 minutes without letting it dry, then rinse. It drains and remineralises the skin.
And from within?
The skin is the outward image of our inner health. Sleep, a living diet, breathing and managing emotions remain the basis of balanced skin.
